If you are referred by someone I know, here is my current pricing setup for mods locally, if you are an online buyer I commonly sell 6 mode mods with or without modded LEDs on ebay often, with a few weeks in between at times. Clear shells with LEDs are also something I sell from time to time, when I have them available to sell I will make it known.
For premodded controllers I try to keep my price between 45 and 50 dollars depending on if you want a modded LED ring or not. Red and pink in stock for that, blue coming but delayed. See below for info on LED requirements and brightness levels.
Lots of stuff out of stock, high demand for affordable mods is good for me but bad for someone wanting a cheap mod when mine are sold out. Keep in mind I'm always changing my mod functions, and I will probably change to a 3 round + 5 round burst setup soon if I can make or find one that's functionally better then what I have.

Cycle through modes with a tap the sync button(dont hold it or you will go into sync mode).
The 4th player LED indicates when rapid fire is on, and it flashes the number of the mode when switching through them.
Some of the modes work for COD5, some get capped off.
MW2, Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3, COD4, and RSV2, all have no problems, I've never tested gears of war games.
I can leave the left trigger out if you want so mode 1 is just right trigger, or I can make it backwards for a left handed person if requested.

1 mode 4 round burst sleeper modSync button is used to toggle on and off, 4th player LED shows burst mode status (on/off), great for quick switching to the pistol for more firepower. Leave it on when using an intervention or m40a3.

Right trigger only
Shoots 4 bullets if you hold the trigger with a semiautomatic gun, for quick presses it will only shoot until you let go. Repetitive pulls are close to a constant rapid fire.

LEDs
$5 more for a modded ring of light when you buy a rapid fire mod or modded controller
Currently I'm out of stock of blue ones, and it could take a while to get them from china during their lunar new year celebrations.
I have red and pink LEDs right now, pink works for any controller board no problems, red works with all of them but when used on a controller with "tp3" near the left battery contact on the board the LEDs stay on but dim when the controller is powered down unfortunately.
Blue and pink ring of light LEDs get brighter when the controller is charging, and they dim when rumble function goes on while on battery power.
Blue LEDs work with any version as well, and I can do a combination of the 3 colors. They may be worth the wait.
Red or blue lit up guide buttons are an option, but are completely dependent on price and controller version.

Special orders (clear shells / LEDs other then ring of light)
In a few weeks I will be able to sell clear controllers with LEDs installed inside them for aesthetics. As you can see in this blog, they look great. The LEDs I have coming are super high brightness blue, super high brightness red, and white, these will be even more dramatic then the ones shown in the gallery in this blog.
Red is the most constant brightness out of any of the colors. Blue, white, and pink all dim out or turn off when unplugged or with drained batteries. When I build one I will sell it with pictures of it running on batteries and running on the play and charge cable (not included).
Color fading LEDs will also be an option but I have not tested them.
Price will fluctuate between custom lit controllers, no set price yet.
